The Black Property Company (uk) Limited was founded in 2007 by Ian James Black.
Ian has worked in construction/property/building/surveying and engineering for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business.
Ian came from a trade background (carpentry and joinery) where he served his time and worked for around a decade on various projects up and down the country before returning to full time education.
He progressed up the academic study ladder attending various educational establishments including : University Of Abertay Dundee/Napier University Edinburgh/Glasgow Caledonian University Glasgow/Dundee College/Glasgow College/The Open University and is now a professional member of six institutions in construction/property/building/surveying/engineering/environment and management at masters level (winning many prizes and awards along the way).
Before founding The Black Property Company (uk) Limited Ian worked in various roles in the private and public sectors and has built a diverse knowledge and understanding of the industry ,having many practical skills as well as the academic and professional skills and qualifications which make him a highly skilled and well rounded professional.
He is The Black Property Company (uk) Limited owner and Managing Director.

The porfolio is a mixture of property types and sizes thus appealing to a wide range of individuals and suiting many budgets from basic one bedroom flats to large five and six bedroom houses.
