
This an area of the business we are passionate about and take very seriously indeed
Firstly we must keep our properties in good condition as a rule and also we appreciate that tenants are paying good money to live in the properties and are entitled to a good service when things go wrong
We try to almost always to carry out large repairs and maintenance when the properties are unoccupied ie between tenants moving out and new tenants moving in ,this is much easier for all concerned and causes least disruption to tenants and tradesman alike
However unforeseen things will happen and this is an area where we pride ourselves on fast response times ,whether it is a boiler breakdown ,a leak ,an electrical fault ,a lock sticking ,or just anything at all we will respond in super fast time ,we will respond within an hour and assess the nature of the problem ,then the appropriate trade will visit within a day or two ,this may be longer if parts are required or damp needs treated or a fence down for example ,but regardless we will be on the case
In summary we have one of the fastest response times in the country bar none
