A tenant expressing an interest in one of our properties will be asked for two good references :
One from existing or previous landlord
One from employer or professional person
In some circumstances they may be asked for bank statements and or pay slips
In exceptional circumstances they may be asked to provide an up to date credit report
This is an area of the business we are fairly rigid and strict with as we want to attract good quality tenants into our properties who will look after them and leave them in good condition ,as well as pay the rent in full and on time in accordance with the tenancy agreement.
